Lake House of Rodrigo's uncle
For the Champions League final, I was invited to Rodrigo's (a Columbian) uncle (German). Of course I said yes, however I had to live with that he is a Bayern fan and I was more for Dortmund than for Bayern. Actually I never spoke German to his uncle, just English. However, except the final we made so many things...going in the pool with view on the lake, making barbecue, playing tennis, and going out on the lake with their own boat!!
This is the elevator down to the boat...
from left: Rodrigo, uncle and aunt
And of course we were water skiing, it was a lot of fun, but also really exhausting.

Mount Bonnet + Barton Springs
During the week in the evening, we were having dinner and watching the sundown on a mountain/hill nearby.
Afterwards, we went to Zilker Park, the citiy park, to swim in Barton Springs. Every day from 9-10pm, there is a free swim, but since the water comes from a spring it is f****** cold. However, as it is about 30 degrees and humid even at night, swimming in this pool is a nice refreshment.
I already went there a couple of times by bike during the week, I will do it more often in the summer.

Pedernales Falls State Park
A couple of weekends ago, we made a 'trip' to Pedernales Falls State Park...actually it was only about an hour out of Austin. We were camping for one night, hiking, swimming in the river...all in all a great weekend with two Frenchies and one Columbian ;-)
Pedernales Falls on the left, unfortunately with not enough water.
Bird viewing station with AC...thanks god. It was really hot that day (above 30 degrees and no clouds...welcome to Texas!)
All in all, it was a beautiful weekend

UPDATE Cancun + SXSW + Mavericks Post
I updated photos from Cancun and Chitchen Itza.
This time I wrote the comments on English, since I already got complaints from some people out of the coop ;-)
